For Corporate Transactions. We may transfer your Personal Information if we are involved, whether in whole or in part, in a merger, sale, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy, or other change of ownership or control. If another entity acquires us or any of our assets, information we have collected about you may be transferred to such entity. Web Beacons. KDP also uses web beacons (also called pixel tags or clear GIFs). Some of KDP’s content and emails may contain embedded web beacons that allow a server to read certain types of information from your device, as well as allow us to count the number of people who have viewed content and to know when you opened an email message and the IP address of your device. Session Replay Technology. KDP (or our third-party vendors) may also use tools and software to monitor and record information (including screenshots and videos) about your interactions with our Services, including keystrokes, mouse movements, form field entries, and overall engagement with our Services.
Access and Updates to Your Personal Information
For Keurig.com and Keurig.ca account holders, if you would like to correct your Account information or delete your profile information from your Account page, please visit the “Profile” tab in the “Account” section on a Site or in the App, visit the Settings screen, My Account and then choose the Profile option. You may also send your request via the Contact Us link for the US, or the following Contact Us link f KDP reserves the right to request that you provide information that will enable KDP to confirm that you have the authority to correct or delete the profile information that you want corrected or deleted. KDP may not be able to correct or delete information shared with third parties. Pursuant to applicable law, we may be entitled to refuse to act on the request.

KDP may take steps to verify your identity based on the information we have on file about you before responding to your access/portability, deletion, or correction request. You may need to provide your email address to be used for this purpose. We will respond to your request within 45 calendar days if you are a U.S. resident, 30 calendar days if you are a Canadian resident, unless we need additional time, in which case we will let you know.
If you are a Canadian resident, you may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us to the processing of your Personal Information, and we will apply your preferences going forward.
How to Submit Opt-Out Requests
If you are a U.S. resident, to take advantage of your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information or to opt out of targeted advertising, please click here. If you wish to receive information about your disclosure choices or stop communications from third parties, you will need to contact non-affiliated third parties directly.
Alternatively, if you are a U.S. resident, you can use certain preference signals to exercise your sale and sharing opt-out right automatically with all businesses that you interact with online, including KDP. If you enable a browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), upon receipt or detection, we will treat the signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information linked to that browser and any consumer profile we have associated with that browser. Please note that if you use different browsers or browser profiles, you may need to enable the signal on each browser or profile.

Agent Request
You may authorize someone to make a privacy rights request on your behalf (an authorized agent). Authorized agents will need to demonstrate that you’ve authorized them to act on your behalf or must demonstrate they have power of attorney pursuant to applicable probate law. KDP retains the right to request confirmation directly from you confirming that the agent is authorized to make such a request, or to request additional information to confirm the agent’s identity. An authorized agent shall not use a consumer’s personal information, or any information collected from or about the consumer, for any purpose other than to fulfill the consumer’s requests, for verification, or for fraud prevention.

KDP offers several loyalty programs (“Programs”) that provide the opportunity to earn redeemable points or other rewards. Participation in these Programs is free of charge for eligible customers.
Currently, the Programs that we offer are: In the U.S., Pepper Perks, Pepper Pack, and Keurig Perks and in Canada, Keurig Loyalty Program for Canada. KDP may also provide discounts or promotions when you sign-up to receive marketing messages or claim a specific offer when you interact with our Services (“Offers”). The terms of each Offer will be provided to you when the offer is made available. You may opt-out of marketing messages at any time as described in our messages to you, and you may exercise your other choices as described above under “Your Choices and Opt-out.”
We collect Personal Information to support and fulfill the Programs and Offers and for the purposes of targeted advertising, which includes identifiers/contact information, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, social media handles, and profile inferences. We may share your Personal Information with third parties as described in the “How We Share Your Personal Information” section above, including data analytics providers and advertising technology vendors.
Because we collect Personal Information, the Programs and Offers may be considered to be “financial incentives” or “price or service differences” under California law or “bona fide loyalty programs” under Colorado law. The value of Personal Information we collect will vary based on the Program and/or Offer, and we calculate this value based on the expenses related to offering the Program or Offer (such as the costs of providing discounts or promotions, IP or marketing costs, and other related expenses).

We will retain your Personal Information consistent with applicable law and our retention policies. What this means in practice will vary between different types of information, and when we consider our approach, we take into account satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We also may aggregate or de-identify the information so that it no longer identifies you, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
KDP takes precautions intended to help protect Personal Information that we collect and store. Unfortunately, no system or electronic data transmission is completely secure. Any transmission is at your own risk and we expect that you will use appropriate security measures to protect your information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your KDP Account. KDP will treat access to the Services through your KDP Account as authorized by you.
Your information may be collected, accessed, processed and stored in Canada as well as in any
other country where we, our affiliates, or our third party partners maintain facilities. Your
information may be accessed by law enforcement agencies in these countries, and the privacy
laws in these countries may not offer the same level of protection as those in the country where
you reside.
KDP is committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not direct the Services to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 18 except as stated. In Canada, we may collect personal information of children 13 years of age or older to administer sweepstakes, contests, discounts, or other promotions. Where required under applicable law, we will not collect personal information of a child without obtaining consent for such collection from the child’s parent or guardian. If a minor has provided us with personal information, his or her parent or guardian may contact us using the contact information below to request deletion of such information.
We also may from time to time offer services that are co-branded (i.e., operated in partnership with an unaffiliated business). We and our co-branding partner may collect Personal Information on co-branded websites or services. Our processing of your Personal Information is subject to this Privacy Policy, but the processing of your Personal Information by a co-branding partner is subject to its privacy policy and practices, not ours.
The date of this Privacy Policy was last updated is stated at the top of this Policy. As we add new features, we may revise or supplement this Privacy Policy. If we change the Privacy Policy in a material way, we will provide appropriate notice.
