Yes. Order tracking is available on the Web Portal.
Consult the ORDER HISTORY tab to check the status of your orders over the last 12 months, view detailed information, and validate the Delivery Status.

Orders placed on time via the pre-sales service will be delivered on the assigned date.
Other orders follow a regular delivery schedule. The delivery status of an order is accessible online in the client section.
Yes. You can repeat a previously placed order.
You will find your last order on the Welcome page on your web portal. You can place that order again by clicking on REORDER and follow the regular process.
You will find all the orders of the last 12 months by clicking on ORDER HISTORY. Select an order. You will have an option to REORDER and then follow the regular process.
Yes, you can cancel an order that has not yet been processed by accessing the ORDER HISTORY section.
Simply click on CANCEL ORDER to the right of the delivery status of the order and confirm. If you do not see the CANCEL ORDER button, it means that your order has already been processed. You must then contact your local Van Houtte® Coffee Services branch to cancel it.
